- Higher Yield: LearningMate has built several tools (described later in this document) that increase throughput and provide higher yield. Most manual tasks are now automated to increase productivity and ensure consistency.
- Quality & Standards: A thorough requirement analysis and application of common standards enable LearningMate to deliver a quality product. Defining project workflow and developing or customizing tools enables a smooth workflow and between LearningMate and its customers.
- Transparent Costing: Based on specific requirements, LearningMate creates ‘rate cards’ for each engagement. The rate card details the cost and turn-around time for each course thereby providing clients with options to review cost and timelines and define budgets before commissioning work.
- Maintenance & Upgrades: Ongoing support and development for course packages allows LearningMate customers to ensure that content is kept up-to-date and any modifications to the content are reflected as they happen.
- Consulting Services: LearningMate provides further consulting services and development of functionality to existing VLE products.
