Lisa Waters Joins LearningMate as K-12 Editorial Director

Waters is a 20-year veteran of the publishing industry focusing much of her efforts on operational workflows to improve content and product development for new and emerging technologies. Lisa’s career has been a steady progression of skills that support the content development process from graphic design to operations management to technology delivery. As a result, she has a deep understanding of the publishing process and how to manage the resources and workflows that drive improved efficiency and quality.
LearningMate’s K-12 Editorial Division offers a variety of content development services including consulting, content creation, editorial services, learning design, media production and project management. As head of K-12 Editorial, Waters will provide operational guidance as well as supervise editorial staff, which includes editors, copywriters, proofreaders, and a large pool of freelance resources.
